5. Returns & Refunds
- Online orders: Eligible items can be returned within 14 days for exchange or refund.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
- Non-returnable items (Online & In-store): perfumes, scarves, jewellery, books, food, bakhoor, home décor, party wear, stonework items, and personal accessories.
- In-store purchases: No refunds. Exchanges allowed within 48 hours of purchase (conditions apply).
- Sale & discounted items are final sale – no exchanges or refunds.
